Happy Monday to all. I certainly hope each of you had an amazing Thanksgiving weekend and are ready for the 3 weeks of school that lead us into Winter Break! As you know, our winter band concert is scheduled for December 13th. Check out the information below for a preliminary schedule for the evening. PLEASE - invite friends and family members to join us!
HELP!
We have ordered some new, more comfortable concert dresses for a few of our Wind Ensemble students. We are in need of a band mom, grandma, aunt, etc. to swing by and help with measuring the length, and some help hemming. Please let me know if you are available... concert in two weeks!

December 6th - Basketball Pep Band
5pm report time.
Games will last until approx. 8:30pm
December 8th - Combined Rehearsal #2
6:30pm/6:15pm report time
Rehearsal is on stage.
Combined rehearsals are critical to our success of this concert as we bring together 2nd period Wind Ensemble, 3rd period Percussion, 4th period Percussion, and 5th period Symphonic Band.
December 9th - Basketball Pep Band
5pm report time
Games will last until approx. 8:30pm
December 12th - Combined Rehearsal #2
6:30pm/6:15pm report time
Rehearsal is on stage.
December 13th - Winter Band Concert
5pm - Set up for our dinner social. MHS Mall (cafeteria area)

Taco bar opens. Food will be provided by our very own booster club; Mead Bandwagon. Stay tuned for more details regarding menu items and an RSVP to help us prepare the appropriate amount of food.
Jazz 2 begins performing (Jazz 1 eat during this time).
6:00pm - Jazz 1 begins performing (Jazz 2 eat during this time)
6:30pm - Dinner concludes, make your way to the theatre for the winter concert.
7:00pm - Winter concert begins
