Happy Monday morning!

We're off and running in 2023 and opened with a busy first week back! Thank you soooo much to all the students that played at our basketball games. I was sharing with the students the numerous community members, coaches, opposing-team parents, etc. that spoke with me about how great the band sounded and raved about the spirit they bring to the games. GREAT WORK!

SEATTLE TRIP

IMMEDIATE ACTION ITEMS

• Register using the information below ASAP

• Make your first payment by January 13th - Tammy Barrington in the business office is ready for payments by visiting her in the business office. (do not pay online - there are no "fees" or "fines" set up to your accounts).

  • If using check - checks can be made out to Mead High School. I would include "Seattle Band Trip" in the memo line.

• Please communicate privately with Mr. Lewis if you have questions/information to share regarding payment timelines.

REGISTRATION INFO from WORLDSTRIDES - Students only at this time It’s important to get your group started on their online registrations right away, share these simple instructions below with your entire traveling group. Please understand that Online Registration is a requirement for every traveler as it ensures each traveler is guaranteed coverage under our included insurance policies and aware of WS Terms & Conditions and Behavior Code. Also, it makes their name available to the rooming list, which must be completed and submitted by you, a minimum of 70 days prior to travel. You will need to give the instructions to ALL students and chaperones. Don’t forget to register yourself! ALL TRAVELERS MUST REGISTER ONLINE FOR THE SEATTLE FESTIVAL TRIP! 1.
