Although many of the band members could find many other things to do on a beautiful Saturday evening in May, The 2010 Lilac Parade was an extremely positive event!  Celebrating Armed Forces Day with our Greater Spokane community was wonderful.

For the 1st time in many years, high school bands were judged at the event.  Bands were judged on whether or not they met a standard created by music educators in our area.  We are proud announce that we "passed" and received the Lilac Gold Standard Award!
